I specialize in helping high-achieving first generation professionals overcome anxiety, depression, burnout and heal from difficult life experiences through culturally sensitive evidence based practices.
As a proud Mexicana, daughter de immigrants, I am extremely passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health and normalizing the use of culturally affirming trauma informed therapeutic services, trainings, and professional consultations.
